Can I cancel a reservation online?
Once a reservation is made, it cannot be cancelled online. Please contact the hotel you booked directly.

How can I pay for vouchers?
You can pay for the vouchers by credit card (Amex, Mastercard, Visa) or by bank transfer. If you would like to pay for the vouchers by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice by mail. We will only mail the voucher to you once payment has been received.
How long does it take for the delivery of vouchers?
The voucher orders are generally processed daily. Shipment occurs as an insured package, for which we charge a flat shipping rate of 5 euros within Germany (19.50 euros within Europe). The package should generally be delivered within 3 to 5 days, however in exceptions it may also take longer. If you require a voucher quickly, we recommend 'express delivery', which guarantees delivery within 24 hours on weekdays. For this, we charge a flat shipping rate of 18.30 euros. Express delivery is only possible within Germany.
I ordered a voucher online, however I received no confirmation or an error message. Where can I inquire whether the order went through?
In the event of difficulties with the online ordering of vouchers, you can inquire by telephone at +49 (0) 69/66 12 34-77 or by sending an e-mail to voucher@romantikhotels.com.
Are the vouchers valid in all Romantik Hotels?
In general, you can redeem the vouchers all over Europe. However, there are some exceptions that apply to the service vouchers (Dinner, Gourmet, Romantik, Supreme and Spa Vouchers).
What is the Romantik Pass?
The Romantik Pass is a popular and practical companion for your travels in the world of Romantik Hotels & Restaurants. When you have collected ten stamps in your Pass, you receive a Romantik Voucher for 25 euros as a small token of appreciation. What is MyRomantik?
MyRomantik is a newly developed guest program, which allows you to directly become a regular patron of Romantik Hotels & Restaurants. You can find additional information and the registration here.
Do you have a bonus program in place for guests who stay in Romantik Hotels & Restaurants more frequently?
First, it is worthwhile to register at MyRomantik even prior to your first booking. Here, in addition to your personal information, preferences such as tennis, golf or Wellness, and also needs, such as a diabetic diet, are documented. As a result, you become a regular patron from the very first stay in a Romantik Hotels & Restaurants establishment.

- Blue key / Blue cutlery - Romantik Hotels & Restaurants with first-class comfort. For guests who desire a personalized sense of well-being in a private atmosphere.
- Yellow key / Yellow cutlery - Romantik Hotels & Restaurants with luxurious comfort. For discerning guests who expect style, ambience, indulgence and hospitality.
- The red toque is synonymous with an excellent, considerably above-average and varied cuisine and is awarded based on assessments in well-known restaurant guides. Minimum requirement: 1 Michelin star, 2 toques in the Gault Millau or 3 Schlemmer Atlas spoons from Aral.
The Romantik Wellness Hotels are divided uniformly throughout Europe into three transparent categories:

What are the basic requirements for a membership in Romantik Hotels & Restaurants?

Romantik Hotels & Restaurants assign a uniform Wellness classification throughout Europe. If your hotel is a Wellness hotel, it will be examined in detail by an external team of experts and then classified.
The Romantik Wellness Hotels are divided into three transparent categories:
- Wellness Light - Romantik Hotels, including a number of city hotels, with a small Wellness range.
- Wellness - Romantik Hotels with an attractive atmosphere and a selection of Wellness services.
- Wellness Plus - Romantik Hotels with a generous Wellness area and a varied range of Wellness services.
